Application Deadlines
Note: Application deadlines vary term-by-term. Please check with the Office of Admissions if you are unsure of your deadline to apply.
For New International Applicants, keep in mind visa processing time when applying. New international applicants outside of the U.S. who will need an I-20 to obtain a F1 student visa to enroll, should submit all application materials in advance to the Office of Admissions posted deadlines.

Registration Policy
- Students will be registered for two levels at the beginning of the semester.
Application Fee
All applicants must pay a $90 application fee. This fee is nonrefundable and does not apply to TSIE tuition.
Refund Policy
The application fee is nonrefundable.
If a student is dismissed from the program, no tuition will be refunded.
If you withdraw from the program, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the withdraw date. Please check this website for all refund policies: https://onestop.txst.edu/cost-payments/refund.html
