Application Process and Costs

  • Once a student is ready to apply to the program, they should have their form of identification ready, such as a passport.  
  • The student will fill out our online application, which can be found below.
  • Upon completing the application, within 48 business hours/2 days, the student should hear from the Director of TSIE about their next steps (placement exam). 
  • The student will go through a live-proctored placement exam to determine which level of the course that they should start in.  
  • Once the placement exam has concluded and been assessed, a level will be assigned to the student. The student will receive an email with their course login.  
  • The student will then create their profile on the course and pay the fee.  
  • Upon payment of the course fee, the student will have access to the course materials and course Zoom link for instruction.  

Costs

Each course that a non-TXST student enrolls in is $900 USD. TXST students enrolling in the program may be eligible for a discount and can check with the TSIE Office. Payment is expected in advance to enroll in the course. Once paid, there is no course refunds, unless in a documented emergency that prohibits your enrollment.
